Content | This book tries to give an answer to this crucial question: how can a transition from the current social, economic and above all political context of our world to the institution (or perhaps reconstruction in modern terms) of a single, universal, democratic and supranational State of the Orthodox Romaïoi be proposed in the tragedy of postmodern man? This transition should naturally take place in peace, love, freedom, in a democratic way and within the existing institutional and legal framework: Can such a transformation take place and if so in what way?
